Brief Information

The project involved creating a new, contemporary brand identity for The Apex Collective, a consultancy specializing in high-level business strategy and leadership coaching. The brief required a logo that communicated trust, professionalism, growth, and forward momentum. It needed to be highly adaptable across various applications, from digital signatures and social media profiles to high-quality print materials and interior office signage.

Rational

The final logo design utilizes an abstract, geometric mark forming an upward-pointing arrowhead or "Apex" combined with a clean, modern sans-serif wordmark. This specific design choice instantly communicates the brand's core value: helping clients achieve their highest potential (the apex). The mark is constructed using the Golden Ratio for inherent visual balance and harmony. The accompanying palette uses deep navy and subtle gold to evoke prestige and reliability, ensuring the brand feels sophisticated and authoritative across all touchpoints.
